Instructor of this course is Rene van de Wiel. Rene is a BPMN expert from the very beginning. He may independently certify people for the BPMN Method & Style Methodology. The courses are given in-house at the client's premises or at the Entrador premise in Amersfoort. In 2 days he provides students with knowledge and understanding of the BPMN Level 1 (Descriptive Level) and Level 2 (Analytical Level) modeling symbols and their semantics. The Level 1 symbols are those language elements that are easily readable and clearly recognizable by end users. Level 2 symbols are aimed more at programmers and configurators, but fit well with the experience of end users. Level 1 and Level 2 form a seamless whole so that employees from all parts of the organization will interpret diagrams created by other employees in the same way. After the course, students can certify themselves as BPMN 2.0 experts. By taking an online exam and passing an "aptitude test," being the creation of a process model that meets certain requirements, the trainee receives a paper certificate and an entry in the official Method & Style Registry.

The training itself consists of 2 days of 8 hours. The training is a balanced combination of theory and practice. There is a lot of practice and plenty of opportunity to ask questions and make mistakes. Please contact us for pricing information, group discounts are available. 

Please be aware that you must have the same software on your laptop that the instructor has.  The software applications used by the instructor himself are:

• Enterprise Architect
• Visual Paradigm

If you want to use other software applications you can, but you must provide the instructor with this software (or provide access if it is operational in the cloud) including a corresponding license. Software applications that the instructor also has experience with are:

• Signavio Process Modeller
• Bizzdesign
